Note: Bangalore has many railway stations. The main one is called Krantivira Sangolli Rayanna railway station (station code: SBC). The other railways stations are at Yeshwanthpur, Cantonment, Banaswadi, KR Puram, Whitefield, and Carmelram.
Transport
To reach your hotel from the railway station, take a cab. Uber and Ola taxis are readily available.
To reach your hotel from the airport, take the airport bus route no. KIA-8 and get off at Kadubeesanahalli. Or you could take a cab. Apart from the readily available Uber and Ola taxis, Bangalore airport also has taxi services run by Meru and a couple of other companies.
On 3 June, the day of the wedding, buses will be arranged from the hotels to the marriage venue and back. Buses will depart from the hotels to ISKCON at 9:15 a.m. After the ceremony, buses will depart from ISKCON to the hotels at 3:00 p.m. It's a one-hour ride either way.
Important note about distances
If you plan to return to the hotel before checking out, budget for an 75km/3hr ride to the airport (ISKCON-hotel 30km, hotel-airport 45km) or a 50km/2hr ride to the Bangalore KSR railway station (ISKCON-hotel 30km, hotel-station 20km). To avoid this, some guests plan to check out of the hotel while leaving for the wedding in the morning. We'll make arrangements to store luggage.
